    The Perry Como Show (NBC-TV 1955-1960, with the Louis DaPron Dancers) 
    Perry Como Presents (1959, with the Louis DaPron Dancers). 

    From his first television broadcast series in 1948, Como was one of the hottest properties in show business with a four-year string of hit records and an NBC radio series to his credits. In 1955 Perry Como graduated to to a full prime-time musical variety hour on Saturday nights, on NBC. The basic format remained unchanged for the next eight years. He opened with his new theme song, "Dream Along With Me" there was a request spot introduced by girls singing "Letters, We Get Letters" and top name guest stars engaging in easy banter with the relaxed Como. The Louis DaPron Dancers were regulars on this show from 1955-1960.</mods:abstract>
