- Quebecois step dancer Benoit Bourque hosts the brightest new stars of traditional music and dance: from England, Six foot Three with Chris Wood (Lancashire clog with English fiddling); from Canada, Menage A Trois (accordion, fiddle, piano and step dance from Quebec); from the United States, the Freight Hoppers (Appalachian clogging with 1920s string band music); and from France, Horde'Oust playing the bombarde, binou koz, fiddle and accordion.
