Elko County Fair
This week-long fair is the largest local event in
northeastern Nevada. It features rodeo contests in penning, roping,
and horsemanship, and 4-H competitions in all kinds of livestock,
farm produce, and domestic arts. Dances, a carnival, parade, and
horse racing offer entertainment, and a pancake breakfast and food
vendors provide refreshments.
