Dear Mom and Dad,
We'll land tomorrow morning at 8:30.
There ar [sic] a few things I want to say before I forget.
Happy Birthday to "BoBo"! When you write send a few sheets of paper and an envelope with each letter. It's hard to get stationery.
Most of the guys were seasick and couldn't eat. I didn't get sick and didn't miss a meal. In fact, I gained weight. I weigh at least 175 lbs. now.
Send anything to eat!! Give anyone who wants to write my address:

Prov. SE No 413
APO 613 % Postmaster
San Francisco, Calif
I still want pictures of everyone!
It's getting colder out. We're following the Japanese coast. I can see the mountains in the horizon.
They gave me so many clothes it'll be impossible to get cold.
I'm printing this letter so it will be readable.
Please write immediately if not sooner.
Love
Eddie
