Dear Mom and Dad,

We didn't have to work today. It was "Organization Day" for the Seventh Division. We played the Marines in a football game. We won 47 - 33.

Last night I received the Christmas cards that you sent. This afternoon I got the box that you mailed on October 29. I already drank the Miller High Life. The beer at home is a lot better than the 3.2 beer we get here occasionally when they feel like giving us some. Thanks for the box. It should carry me until I leave.

I went to the movie tonight at Service Battery. They had "TV Shorts". We saw "Hit Parade of February 14".

The top tune was "Don't Let The Stars Get In Your Eyes".

Still no snow here yet. Other parts of Korea have had it but not us yet. I hope we don't get any.

Yesterday I went to a USO Show at the 15 AAA Bn. Over there I was surprised to see Bob Browski. I went to St. Andrew's with him. I talked to him for a short time. He said he got here a couple of months ago. He's with Division Artillery.

That goes to show you--you never know who you'll see around here.

Well, thanks again for the packages. I'm going to have a can of soup then go to bed.
