Service History Note
Kay Dickey began her work with the American Red Cross shortly after Pearl Harbor and her first assignment was as a War Fund Representative in Nebraska and Colorado. Next, she became a General Field Representative in Missouri and Illinois and after that she worked in the Red Cross Home Service in Norfolk, Virginia and in the Field Director's office at Fort Dix.
