Service History Note
Shirley Hines was a Red Cross program and unit director for American Red Cross Supplemental Recreational Activities Overseas (SRAO). She worked with the 23rd Infantry Division, the Air Force and the 1st Cavalry Division in Vietnam. She was also Deputy Director of Operations at United States Central Command during Desert Storm in Iraq.
