Dear Cathy, Billy + Lisa,

How is everyone feeling? Im just fine. Well today is Thanksgiving and we have the day off. Im in my dress uniform for the first time. Everyone has to wear them because there going to have visitors comming[sic] in for Thanksgiving dinner. There going to give us all the time we want to eat today. Usually we get about 15 minutes to eat chow. The food is a lot better up here than at the reception center. Theres only about 225 men in our company and there were about 2,000 that had to be feed at the reception center. The dinning[sic] rooms are nicer here too. They have tables for four, table cloths, music, flowers on the tables its real nice. But before we get in to eat now we have to crawl on our stomachs for 40 yds, go ^swing^ across the monkey bars, and
