20, Aug ‘66

Dear Cathy, Billy + Lisa,

Hope everyone is fine, I’m okay. Where still in the same spot but where supposed to move out tomorrow. There are all kinds of rumors that we will be in this area for at least two months maybe more. But I doubt it. I don’t believe anything over here until it happens. The area hasn’t been to bad so far. I took some more pictures and sent them off today. Not much to write about because where really not doing much now. We go on a water run every day just about. Sleep, write letters and such. In the area where we are going tomorrow we may be sweeping different areas each day.

Boy where those Mets lucky yesterday. They got six unearned runs and won (lucky, lucky) But the Yanks still are going to win more than they will. (I hope) Have they sent the hockey tickets yet? That’s about it for now give Lisa a big kiss for me. Have
