30-Aug-‘67

Dear Mom + Dad,

Hope everyone is okay, I’m fine. Received your letter today telling me about the tape recorder. It shouldn’t have taken that long for it to get there. But as long as it got there okay. Not very much going on as usual. It rained all day yesterday + today. You must be sending out your rain to me. We get paid tomorrow. So I’ll see if they made a mistake paying me twice last month.

I thought you were taking the money out of the bank for me. So I guess I have a little bill now. Ok! There something I want you to do for me. Find the number the address, of the Bill + Howell office in N.Y. if you can. I don’t know if you’ll find it. But I want to write them a letter and I don’t know where to

send it.

I’ve got to give some classes in a couple of weeks. There training some drivers and I was picked. Even though I diddnt[sic] want it. To give a few classes. It’s something to do though.

I’ll be home just in time for the beginning of the hockey season. Also just in time to help Billy to paint his rooms HA! HA! I called Barbara today. Suzanne said she wanted a baby brother. Boy that bill is going to be something. How come its so much. Its pretty expensive to have kids. Maybe she should have it in a cab. Then she wouldn’t have to pay the doctor HA! HA!

Well that’s about it. Take care for now.

Vincent.

P.S. The Mets where lucky beating St. Louis. Watch out for the Yanks 8th place.
