15 MAR 44

Hi Darling:

9:30 PM + I ought to be in bed - just came over to the dayroom as they put the lights out in the barracks. I wanted to write so you'd have a letter.

Was at the dental clinic tonite [sic]. The doc wants me to take the pressure chamber again. I had dull tooth pains at 38,000 ft the second trip - so he wants me to try it again + see if there is a recurrence. [Xraying?] fillings + said it looked like a slight sinus due to a cold. Want to make sure before he takes out the old fillings + put in new.

Got 2 more letters from you written 11 + 12th. Thanks baby. More stamps. I just got two books the same day all my mail caught up with me. 16 days I didn't get mail. The first letter was the one you wrote to my Sheridan address.
