13 Feb 45

Hi Darling,

It's been a beautiful sunny day - wish it'd stay nice.

Have meant to ask you to thank Mama + Beulh for me for the nice Christmas cards. One of the cards I still can't figure out - it was postmarked Rock Falls + signed L.Y.M.P. who the dickens would that be - have any ideas? Damned if I can make any sense out of it.

Don't expect any mail tonight only packages came in this afternoon - but I might get a package, that wouldn't be hard to take at all.

9:30

Well - nine letters - that's the way it goes - wish it'd go that way more
