Darling,

This is only the third letter I've written, which is rather bad behavior but still it's three times better than the last time we were at rest camp.

We're back waiting on the mainland for a ship to take us back to the base.

It's been a most uneventful week - spent mainly going to shows - eating + sleeping. Rather a [illegible] existence but good. We really haven't done a lick of work since Christmas - I personally am loathe to get back into the business at hand. But on the other hand, sitting around won't get me home so I better get busy + finish up so we can fulfill all our previously-made future engagements.

[Luck's?] as [th'?] the paper [illegible] fine so

All My Love

Kenje
