Honey, I just read the anniversary letter, it was lovely. I didn't want to pen it before hand but that is being to [sic.] sure + cocky in this business - I think you'll understand, it's sort of like planning ahead - Well any how I've been wondering what to write along that line + you just have put it perfectly, everything just as I would have wanted to say it.

Just keep your fingers crossed for me hon. Thirty down, I'm still a few up on the other boys. Larry + Mac have twenty-four, Vince has twenty three. Sims has nineteen + Nall has twenty two. Since we're all over the hump we [kinds?] sweating them out extra hard. [Ha?]
