6 March 45

7 PM

Hi Darling,

Received 3 V-Mails from you - Feb 19th, 21st, 22nd & a letter from Mom + one from the Cordells 23rd + 24th respectively.

Mom said Kent finally left on the 22nd, I hope he has good luck + can effect a transfer.

The Cordells wrote a nice letter too. I must try to answer both tonight.

Am using the day room cause there's no electricity in the tent area because the generators are on the bum. again.

Haven't flown as yet so still have thirty one.

Wish I'd get your airmails as frequently as the V-mails. V-mails are nice but too short unless you type them.

Doggone I've been sleeping too darned much since I've come overseas - getting so damned lazy all the time.
