13 March 45

Hi Darling,

Four letters today - March 1st, 2nd, 3rd + 4th

Well I've been chewing the fat for an hour now - but time I got (wow) past the first line.

Shame - writing that letter tch tch - You made a tremendous error which I'll explain sometime. but otherwise it was practically bone fide

That's swell - Danny coming home, he's a Lt Sr Grade isn't he?

Casey sure is getting to be a big bugger isn't he? He's sure a fine looking baby, he's gonna be a big guy one of these days.

I thought my moustache was atrocious! Kent chastised me in a letter for the "damned spinach" + then has the audacity to cultivate an even more obnoxious specimen. Hah + I genuinely thought I was a rascal at the time.

How do you describe such a lovely supper as you gave Marian - + my tongue palpitates at the mere thought of home cooked food. I'll have to take you in hand when I get home young lady.

By the way I think the silverware is in your cedar chest at Polo, but knowing my indecent excuse of a memory - am probably all wet.
