14 March 45

Hi Darling,

No mail tonight except for the "Do not open till April 1st" which I had to open like the last one. It was very lovely + thoughtful of you.

Vince, Goss + myself went into Foggia this morning late, had coffee + doughnuts at the Red Cross, got haircuts + went to a show + came back to the base just in time for supper. We saw Red Skelton + Esther Williams in "Bathing Beauty", it was a riot.

I finally found that X mas card I was telling you about. Will enclose it - perhaps you can figure out who sent it - looks as though it were made by a school kid.

Goss got some pictures developed in Foggia. Got them today while we were there + he gave me a couple. I'm sending them to you. They're a couple of ships we used to have in the sqdn. I never flew in either one of them. Larry however flew his first mission in "Three Feathers" way back in August. One doesn't see so much of this naming and drawing of pictures on planes as when we first got over here. Nice tho'
