<p>LE TH&Eacute;.&mdash;Un savant a d&eacute;couvert, au moyen du microscope, qu&apos;au moment o&ugrave; l&apos;on verse du lait dans une tasse de th&eacute;, l&apos;albumine du lait et l&apos;acide tanique du th&eacute; se combinent et forment, du cuir, ou du moins de petits filaments de la m&ecirc;me composition que le cuir tann&eacute;.
